Application form ( the main contents include
the name of the enterprise, registered
capital, amount invested, business scope and
operating period, organized form, and stock
ownership structure, etc.);
2.
Constitution of the enterprise to be
invested, related agreements or contracts;
3. The reviewing opinion given by the
foreign exchange management department about
the sources of foreign exchange funds (those
that need to purchase or remit foreign
exchange out of the territory ); The opinion
given by our overseas economic and
commercial counselor¡¯s
office (only required for the central
government-owned enterprise ) ;
4.The mainland enterprise¡¯s
business license and related qualifications
or intelligence certificates required by law
and regulations;
5¡¢Other
documents that the law and State Council
decide to request.

Notice
|
The
approved domestic enterprise should
accordingly report and send statistics data,
attend the annual joint-check for overseas
investment and the comprehensive evaluation
of overseas investment performance. The
authorized enterprise, after completing
registration in the local area, should
report relevant registration documents to
the Department of Commerce to keep on file,
and should also register in our overseas
economic and commercial counselor¡¯s
office.
