it must be firstly examined by
the Foreign
Trade and Economic Cooperation
Bureau of the city before
reporting for the approval of
the Provincial Foreign
Trade and Economic Cooperation
Department）.

a contract in the testing
period of production

original approval document
of the Customs, contract
and constitution；
（2）For
a foreign sales contract,
one copy of application
for the approval of
processing trade services
and four copies of form
for exporting finished
products, form
for importing raw
materials and components,
and form for raw materials
and components Expenses
need to present
respectively; For a
domestic sales contract,
four copies of the
approval form of importing
raw materials for domestic
sales, form for domestic
sales finished products,
and form for components
Expenses need to be
presented respectively.

photocopy of fire
prevention acceptance
examination (attached with
an original examination
report)

photocopy of the business
license

insurance certificate

the town level (attached
with a list of the
checked equipment );

a project approved to
involve pollution
treatment, it needs to
present the check and
approval certificate
issued by the Environment
Protection Bureau of the
city; For a contract
needing to be reported to
the province for approval,
the original contract of
import and export signed
with a foreign party must
be presented.

bureau and which has been put
on the record by the customs

Attention
|
For
any enterprise that has
purchased its equipment in the
domestic market up to 50% of
the total equipment
investment, the Processing
Trade Department (Section II)
will send persons in charge to
go to the factory for check.
|
|
Time
Limit
|
Approval
will be made within a half
day. For those that need to be
approved by the bureau
director, it will be completed
within two working days.
