Documents for

Application

1. Photocopy of the annual examination report

2. Two originals and copies of the approval certificate

3. Photocopy of the copy of the business license

4. Photocopy of the last time qualification examination report

5. Photocopy of the auditor’s report of the annual financial statement

Attention

The enterprise that has invested more than the investment amount or that has not invested over 70% must present the investment planning report issued by the board director; The enterprise which has not started operation or has stopped production for over half a year must present the report of operation performance. 

Time Limit

Approval can be completed within a half working day. Those that need the examination of the section chief will be completed within one working day; Those that need the examination of the bureau director will be completed within two working days.

Unit in Charge

Processing Trade Department (Section II) of Dongguan Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. (Those that need joint examination will require the examination of the relevant department.)
