Approval

1. Presentation of documents
2. Primary examination of the person in charge
3. Examination of the section chief
4. Report to the Provincial Foreign Trade Economic Cooperation Department for approval.

Application

1. Approval certificate, business license, contract, constitution and approval documents (including approved documents for change, contact, and constitution each time );
2. The last year¡¯s financial report audited by the registered accountant;
3. The capital-examination report issued by the registered accountant;  
4. The joint annual examination report of the last year;
5. A set of application form for examination (among which, A, B, C, D, and E can be downloaded)£»
   A. Application Form for the Confirmation and Examination of the Advanced Technology Enterprise;
   B. Comparison Form for the Advance of Key Equipment (or Assembly Line)
   C. Comparison Form for the Advance of Key Techniques
   D. Comparison Form for the Advance of Major Raw Materials and Energy Unit Costs
   E. Comparison Form for the Advance of Technical Standards of Product Functions
   F. Test reports of product quality and environmental protection issued by relevant departments.
   The above documents must have two copies (among which item 1,2,3 must be attached with the original for check)

Attention

1. For the leading high and new tech enterprise (or group) approved by the State or Guangdong Province, their application will not need the assessment of experts. After the primary examination of the bureau, it will be reported to the Provincial Foreign Trade Economic Cooperation Department for check and confirmation.
2. For the firm that has been awarded with the following honors or recognition, their application must be attached with the relevant certificates. The Provincial Foreign Trade Economic Cooperation Department will give priority to the confirmation and will simply the procedure for assessment:
   A. Awarded with the technology advance prize above the province or ministry level;
   B. Awarded with the excellent new product prize above the province or ministry level;
   C. The famous product enterprise confirmed by the Provincial Government£»
   D. Certificate of international quality systems such as ISO-9000. ¡¡

Time Limit

¡¡Approval will be completed within 2 working days.
