Approval

1. Presentation of documents
2. Primary examination of the person in charge  
3. Examination of the section chief
4. Report to the Provincial Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department for approval.

Documents

For Application

1. Approval certificate, business license, contract, constitution and approval document (including approval document, contract, and constitution for each time alteration);
2. Capital-examination report issued by the registered accountant;
3. The last year¡¯s financial statement audited by the registered accountant;  
4. The last year¡¯s joint annual examination report (including Table 3 ¡°Table of Foreign Exchange Conditions¡± checked and stamped by the registered accountant);
5. A set of application forms for examination (the following forms can be downloaded):
   G. Application Form for Confirmation of the Product Export Enterprise
   H. Foreign Exchange Balance of Payment Form for Checking the Foreign Invested Product Export Enterprise
   I. Primary Check Form for Confirmation of the Product Export Enterprise
   D. Export Performance Evaluation Form for Foreign Invested Product Export Enterprise.
   
   Two copies of the above documents are required (among which items 1.2.3 need to be attached with originals for check.)

Attention

The applicant for product export enterprises should possess the following qualifications£º

1. It must be an enterprise manufacturing export products;
2. Its export volume reaches 50% of that year¡¯s total sales;
3. It has a surplus balance in foreign exchange payment that year;
4. The enterprise has realized profits that year;
5. The enterprise has a passing result for that year¡¯s annual examination.

Time Limit

¡¡Approval will be completed within 2 working days.
