Procedures of

Approval

1. The enterprise sends the certificate of goods and contract materials.

2. The person in charge makes a primary examination.

3. The section chief makes an examination.

4. The enterprise prints out the relevant forms.

      5. Go to the Processing Trade Department (Section II) of Dongguan Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. for confirmation and stamping.

Application

I¡¢The enterprise inputs the certificate of goods on the processing trade contract and sends through the network to the computer system of the Processing Trade Department (Section II) of Dongguan Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.. The result feedback of approval will be sent back to the enterprise.

II¡¢The enterprise enters the data of the processing trade contract and sends it for networking approval. The computer system will automatically give a feedback of approval result to the enterprise terminal. After the automatic approval is completed, the enterprise can pint out the relevant form.

III¡¢The record for the enterprise¡¯s basic conditions and the check report for its production capacity.  

Attention 

1. Follow our bureau¡¯s notice on the training class of ¡°Electronic Approval System for Processing Trade Contracts¡± and ask for the procedure of the system to be installed in the terminal of the enterprise.

2. For the first time application for goods certificates, the enterprise is required to present the most recent approval document of our bureau and the contract put on file in the customs department and come to Processing Trade Department (Section II)of the Bureau for approval at the spot in order to verify the basic condition of the enterprise (including its relevant ratios of appreciation)

3. For the goods certificates and contracts which have failed to pass for approval, the enterprise should make amendments as indicated in the feedback and reapply for approval on its terminal.

Time Limit

If documents are prepared well and completely, approval can be made within a half working day.
