Application for Automatic import License of Equipment

Procedures of

Approval

1. Submit documents; 2.The person charge completes first check; 3. Report for examination of the Provincial Department of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation.

Documents Required for Submission

Approved documents put on the record of the customs unit (enclosed with the list of equipment), and the foreign invested enterprises joint-venture  contract, cooperative business operation contract or constitution

Automatic Licensed Business

1. For the enterprises invested or self-used import equipment and spare parts that belong to the goods managed by the automatic importation license, it should fill in the report (Click here to downland the sample) and fill in the list of equipmentClick here to download. After our department adds our opinion, report to the Provincial Department of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation. for examination.

2. Those enterprises that import electromechanical products should go to the Management Office of Electromechanical Products of our bureau (3rd floor of our Office Building, telephone 2819755 ) to apply for automatic import license. For details of required documents and procedures, please refer to the International Trade DepartmentImport Registraion for Electromechanic Products.
Notice The value of the enterprises self-used import equipment should not exceed the amount of total investment, or it can use its own funds (reserves, development funds, depreciation and after-tax profits) to import equipment.
