Application for Automatic Export License of Textiles

Procedures of Examination and Approval

1. Acquire the electronic key.

2. The enterprise inputs the application form for automatic export license of textiles on the Internet.  

3. The Provincial Department of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation completes its online check for pass.

  4. The enterprise goes to the Promotion Center of Foreign Investment of our bureau located in the 7th floor to collect the license. 

Documents Required for Submission

1. The documents needed to acquire the electronic key（Click to enter）

2. The documented required for the first time application:  

（1）Application form that has passed the online check.

（2）Business license and approval certificate (copy)

      （3） Export contract
Notice  The enterprise should apply online by itself. It is not necessary to go to the Provincial Department of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation or our bureau to complete the procedure of application.

within 10 working days.
