Application for Certificates of Origins of Textiles Exported to the Euro (Turkey)

Procedure of Approval

 

1.   Print the certificate: The enterprise presents the documents as required. 2. The section chief verifies. 3. The printing person will print the certificate  in accordance with the procedure of printing certificates specified by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation's

2.  Statistics and registration: The person in charge in the enterprise checks and verifies the well-prepared certificate and then signs on the copy of "To Be Kept by the Issuing Bureau". 5. And then, the person in charge in our department will enter it into computer for the purpose of statistics and registration.

3.  Certificate verification and delivery: After statistics and registration, the certificate is forwarded to the section chief for signature. 7. The person in charge of certificate delivery in the Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation presents it to the Provincial Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department to complete the formalities of certificate issuance in a unified way.

4. The enterprise receives the certificate: The person in charge of certificate delivery in our bureau takes back the certificate signed by the Provincial Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department. After the person in charge in our department checks and verifies, the certificate will be placed in the enterprise's specialized box for the person in charge in the enterprise to collect.

Qualifications Required

  Domestic enterprises having import and export qualifications, and three types of foreign-funded enterprises (including wholly foreign-owned enterprises, Chinese-foreign joint ventures and cooperative enterprises).
