- Pre-examination
of the person in charge£»
- Double
check the approved contract
materials and then the person in
charge will enter the contract
materials into the computer and
produce a series code through
computer system.
After
all the materials have been handled
and confirmed in accordance with the
computer procedure, the section chief
will issue the approval certificate
for processing trade business
(contract) and stamp the official seal
for issuance.

- The
copy of the processing firm¡¯s
agreement and business license,
the check report of processing
ability issued by the foreign
trade company or the Foreign
Economics and Trade Office at the
town (district) level. For the
imported materials processing
contract, the following documents
must be provided: the guarantee
letter signed by the legal person
of the operation unit, the
photocopy of the register
certificate of import and export
of the ¡°three types of foreign
funded enterprise¡± or the
photocopy of the domestic firm¡¯s
business license and taxation
register certificate

Attention
|
If
the processing trade contract approved
by our department needs to be changed,
extended or cancelled during the
process of implementation, the
enterprise must come to our department
for a new procedure of relevant
change.
