Application for Codes of 
Textile Export Enterprises (EID)

Procedure of Approval

1. The person in charge verifies the documents submitted and writes comments and signs his/her name.

2. To report to the Provincial Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department. After having been approved, the enterprise can use the code to complete the formalities of specialized certificates of origins for textiles.

Qualifications Required

Domestic enterprises engaged in the textile industry and having import qualifications, and three types of foreign-funded enterprises (including wholly foreign-owned enterprises, Chinese-foreign joint ventures and cooperative enterprises).

Documents for Application

1. The written application for the code of textile export enterprises (EID) and the password for printing the certificate (indicating the enterprise’s Chinese and English name, Chinese and English address, enterprise code, Customs number, contact person, telephone, fax and post code;

     2. Business License of the Corporate Legal Peron, Approval Certificate of Foreign Invested Enterprises (Three types of foreign-funded enterprises). Code Certificate of Organizations, Record Form for Foreign Trade Enterprises (photocopies);

NoteThe above-mentioned documents must be in duplicate

Attention A newly-established enterprise must firstly apply for the code of textile export enterprises (EID) and the password for printing the certificate.
