(translated by the notary house) and
returning-to-home certificate of the driver;

The originals of the customs declaration document
for importing the equipment and the instruction book
of the equipment or the invoice for domestic
purchase and certificate of bank¡¯s foreign
exchange receipt;
4£® Before
going to complete the formalities of
putting-on-the-file registration in Shenzhen Meiling
Customs, you must firstly come to the Customs
Declaration Service Department to complete the
formalities of the Guarantee Letter;
5£®If
the vehicle owner¡¯s name listed in Hong Kong
Vehicles Registration Document is not in compliance
with that listed in Hong Kong Business Registration
Document, you must provide the original and
photocopy of the Application Form for a Whole
Year¡¯s Operation or Business Registration Form for
an Individual¡¯s Operation in Hong Kong of the Hong
Kong company and the vehicle owner.

For a ¡°three-types-of-foreign-funded¡± enterprise
whose total investment amount on equipment is less
than 1 million US dollars and which needs to invest
by using their value of factory, dormitory and land,
it must provide the originals of its property
certificate, land use certificate and banking
certificate of foreign exchange receipt, invoice of
purchasing land and building plants.
