Alteration of Trade Name for a Diplomatic Vehicle 

Procedure of

Approval

　The person in charge receives the application document and reports to the Vehicles Management House of the Provincial Public Security Department for check and approval without delay.

Documents for Application

１． Fill in the Application of Business Operation and the Letter of Guarantee (Provided by the Customs Declaration Department);  

2． The original Notification Letter of Approval, a joint document by the domestic organizer in the Mainland (domestic organizer);

3．The approved document for the change of business establishment issued by the Business Registration Department of Hong Kong Government (Original and two photocopies);

4． The original of the domestic driving license for the original vehicle;

5、4 pictures of the new vehicle (taken from the left front 45^o、88mm×60mm) 

6、The original and photocopies of the document of New Hong Kong Business Registration (Having been changed) and the document of Hong Kong Vehicles Registration; 

7、The specific documents of the change issued by the Foreign Economics and Trade Department: (Processing materials supplied by clients: business license, special permission certificate, supplementary agreements on the change of business establishment; Three-types-of-foreign-funded: business license, approval certificate, supplementary constitution and approval documents concerning the change business establishment). The originals and photocopies of all the above documents must be presented.

Attention

For the document of Hong Kong Vehicles Registration requiring the owner to be changed to the new trade name, if the vehicle owner is an individual, please provide the Application of a Whole Year’s Business Operation of the present Hong Kong firm (Original)
