Alteration of a Diplomatic Vehicle
 or Increase of its Domestic Organizer

Procedure of Approval

¡¡The person in charge receives the application document and ¡ú reports to the Vehicles Management House of the Provincial Public Security Department for check and approval without delay.

Documents for Application

1  Fill in the Application of Business Operation and the Letter of Guarantee (Provided by the Customs Declaration Department)

2  The original Notification Letter of Approval, a joint document by the undertaking unit in the Mainland (domestic organizer) ;

3£®         Fill in one copy of the Application signed by the foreign party¡¯s legal representative and stamped with the official seals of both parties;  

4£®         The original of the domestic driving license for the original vehicle;

5£®         One original and two photocopies of the document of Hong Kong Registration

6£®         The relevant documents of the change or increase in the mainland must be provided: Three-types-of-foreign-funded: Business License, Approval Certificate, Approval Documents of the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department including all the supplementary documents on the change;: Processing materials supplied by clients: Business License, Special Permission Business Certificate, and Agreement Certificates of Approval Record (including all the agreements). The originals and two photocopies of all the above documents must be presented.

1£®          The new increased trade name of the domestic organizer must be in compliance with that of the original unit, otherwise it will not be accepted.

2£®          If changing the undertaking internally, please present the originals of the above-mentioned documents after the change.
