1. Fill in the Application of Business Operation (Provided by the Customs Declaration Service Department) 

2.  The original Notification Letter of Approval, a joint document by the domestic organizer in the Mainland;

3. One copy of the Letter of Guarantee filled by the enterprise (Provided by the Customs Declaration Department)
