Increase of a Diplomatic Vehicle
 and Alteration of a Driver 

Procedure of Approval

The person in charge receives the application document and ¡ú reports to the Vehicles Management House of the Provincial Public Security Department for check and approval without delay.

Documents for Application

1. Fill in the Application of Completing the Formalities (Provided by the Customs Declaration Department) 

    2. Two photocopies of each including a new driver¡¯s Hong Kong driving license and the mainland driving license and ID card; one original and two photocopies of the retuning-to-home, as well as 3 one-inch full-faced, bareheaded photos (red background);  

3. The original Notification Letter of Approval, a joint document by the domestic organizer in the Mainland;

Attention

A driver can only be the chief driver of one diplomatic   vehicle.
