Cancellation of a Diplomatic Vehicle  

Procedure of Approval

¡¡The person in charge receives the application document and ¡ú reports to the Vehicles Management House of the Provincial Public Security Department for check and approval without delay.

Documents for Application

1. Fill in the Application of Completing the Formalities (Provided by the Customs Declaration Department)  

         2. The original Notification Letter of Approval, a joint document by the domestic organizer in the Mainland;

3. The original and two photocopies of the domestic license plate of the original vehicle and driving license;  

4. Fill in the Application Form signed by the legal representative of the foreign party and stamped with the official seals of both the parties.  

5. A private car£º Present the original and two photocopies of the Contact List of Guangdong and Hong Kong Vehicles Leaving the Territory;

6. A truck£º Present two photocopies of the Visa Book of the Customs.  

Attention

One or two weeks after Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department has acknowledged the receipt of the application, please go to the No.1 Window of Meiling Customs to complete the formalities.
