Procedure of Approval

The person in charge receives the application document and begins the formalities of check and approval.

Documents for Application

1. Application for customs declaration of transferring to a factory on a port away from home (closed);  
2. The original of the production contract;
3. The customs declaration document of the import and export goods executed under the contract;  
4. Fill in two copies of the customs declaration document and stamp it with the official seal of the factory;  
5. Five copies of blank customs declaration documents.
