Procedure of Approval

The person in charge receives the application document ¡ú the section checks and verifies ¡úthe Customs issues the certificate.

Documents for Application

1. One copy of the statement about the missing certificate of a declarant (the announcement of the missing made in the newspaper above the city level)
2. One report of application;  
3. One photocopy of the worker¡¯s ID card;  
4. One two-inch color photo.
