Procedure of Approval

The person in charge receives the application document and ¡ú reports to the Vehicles Management House of the Provincial Public Security Department for check and approval without delay.

Documents for Application

1£® Fill in the Application of Completing the Formalities and the Letter of Guarantee (Provided by the Customs Declaration Department)

    2£®Fill in the Application signed by the legal representative of the foreign party and stamped with the official seals of both the parties; (including the seal of the joint transportation enterprises)

    3£® Processing Materials supplied by clients£ºPresent the Ending Agreement provided by the Foreign Economics Committee (the original and photocopy); Three-types-of-foreign-funded£ºPresent the the Cancellation Certificate issued by the Industrial and Commercial Department (the original and photocopy);  

    4. The original Notification Letter of Approval, a joint document by the undertaking units in the Mainland;

    5£® The original of the domestic driving license for the original vehicle.

Attention

A private car can cancel its internal undertaking contract.
