the Driver¡¯s Leaving and Entering the Territory
(Also called the Driver¡¯s Paper with Reference
Materials):

the legal representative of the foreign party and be
stamped with the official seals of both the parties.
¢ÚThe
original certificate of the driver¡¯s retuning to
hometown.

Reissuing the driving license:
¢ÙFill
in the Application Report, which should be signed by
the legal representative of the foreign party and be
stamped with the official seals of both the parties.
The content of the report should indicate the
¡°announcement of the original driving license¡¯s
being invalid¡±;
¢ÚFill
in one copy of the Application Form for reissuing or
Changing Motor Vehicle License Plate.

Reissuing the iron license plate:
¢Ù Fill
in the Application Report which should be signed by
the legal representative of the foreign party and be
stamped with the official seals of both the parties.
¢Ú If
only applying for the making up for one iron plate,
the other one should be handed over.
