The
following documents should be presented£º
£¨1£©The
announcement of the enterprise¡¯s ending published
in Southern China Daily;
£¨2£©After
30 days of the announcement, the enterprise present
the following documents:
1£©The
application for disbanding the enterprise (joint
venture or corporative) or the application of ending
(solely invested);
2£©The
decision made by the board and the views each
investment party about the ending (suspending);
3£©The
enterprise¡¯ original contract, constitution,
supplementary contracts and constitutions added each
times (A foreign invested enterprise only needs to
present the constitution and supplementary
constitutions.) and related approval documents;
4£©The
original and two copies of the approval certificate
of the enterprise (original);
5£©The
local (or the city)
foreign trade and economic cooperation office¡¯s
request report to the Foreign Trade
and Economic Cooperation Bureau
of the city concerning the ending (suspending) of a
¡°three-types-of-foreign-funded¡± enterprise;
6£©The
newspaper publishing the ¡°announcement of
termination
7£©The
valid name list of the board members;
8£©Other
documents required as necessary.
£¨3£©The
enterprise reports the statement of clearing to the
taxation institution, the customs, the industrial
and commercial administration bureau
to complete the formalities of cancellation.
