Procedure
of Approval
|
- Present
the application form for the extension of a
received materials processing project agreement
to the Processing Trade Department (Section I)
for check and verification of the settlement of
foreign exchange and pint the certificate of
foreign exchange selling through the bank;
- The
business agent signs the agreement of extension,
and fills in the application form for approval
for the extension of the agreement;
- The
Processing Trade Department (Section I) examines
and approves;
- The
director¡¯s office stamps the seal.

Documents

- The
valid certificate of qualified fire prevention
(within three years);
- One
copy of each including the factory¡¯s business
license, operation certificate for special
industry, and certificate of workers¡¯ labor
insurance including: the inspection record of
the social insurance bureau£»
- Five
copies of the check and approval form for the
extension of the agreement issued by the
negotiation department;
- Seven
copies of the extension agreement with the
examination report of the foreign economics and
trade office at the town level;
- Four
copies of the application form of extension with
the examination report provided by the foreign
economics and trade office at the town level;
- The
form of contract cancellation and the list of
selling foreign exchange through the bank.

Attention
|
- The
documents must filled truthfully, accurately and
clearly.
- The
worker¡¯s project fee payment must be cleared
during the extension period;
- The
plant and other facilities must have the
qualified inspection certificate of the fire
prevention department;
- In
principle, a small-scale project can be extended
to no more than three years (The annual project
fee payment is no more than 0.3 million HK
dollars.)
- The
three types of projects refer to¢Ù the
state-limited and permission-certificate-related£¬¢Úseriously-polluting
¢ÛLikely to cause fire and explosion.
