Prolongation of the agreement 
of Special Processing Materials Supplied by Clients
 (¢Ù State-limited and Certificate-related£¬¢ÚSeriously-polluting ¢ÛLikely to Cause Fire and Explosion)  

Procedure of Approval

1. A project involving the state¡¯s limitation, quota or permission£»
   £¨1£©Present the application form for the extension to the Processing Trade Department (Section I) for check and verification of the settlement of foreign exchange,  and pint the certificate of foreign exchange selling through the bank. The Processing Trade Department (Section I)  writes its comments on it;
   £¨2£©The bureau director checks and approves;
   £¨3£©The business agent signs the agreement of extension, and fills in the application form for approval o the extension of the agreement;
   £¨4£©Based the instruction of the province, go to the Processing Trade Department (Section I)  to obtain a series number and then the director¡¯s office stamps with the seal;
2. For the three types of projects that do not belong to those reporting to the province, except that it will not be reported to the province, all the other procedures are the same as above.  

Documents for Application

1. The valid certificate of qualified fire prevention (within three years);  
2. One copy of each including the factory¡¯s business license, operation certificate for special industry, and certificate of workers¡¯ labor insurance including: the inspection record of the social insurance bureau£»
3. Five copies of the check and approval form for the extension of the agreement issued by the negotiation department;  
4. Seven copies of the extension agreement with the examination report of the foreign economics and trade office at the town level;  
5. Four copies of the application form of extension with the examination report provided by the foreign trade and economic cooperation office at the town level;  
6. The form of contact cancellation, and the document of selling foreign exchange through the bank.

(For the serious polluting project) add: the approval document of the environmental protection department.
