Increment of Equipment for the Project of Processing 
Materials Supplied by Clients (Three Types of Projects Excluded)

Procedure of Approval

1. The business agent signs the supplementary agreement and fills in the application form for approval£»
2. The Processing Trade Department (Section I) checks and verifies, writes the number and stamps the seal.

Documents for Application

1. Six copies of the supplementary agreement and the application for approval;
2. One copy of the imported equipment.  

Attention

1. For the old equipment related to the state limitations, the applicant must provide the ¡°permission of importing old machinery and electronic equipment¡± and the ¡°inspection and quarantine certificate¡± issued by the commodity inspection institution for the importation. 
2. For the equipment involving the state limitations, the applicant must obtain the certificate of permission before it can import.
3. The three types of projects refer to¢Ù the state-limited and certificate-related£¬¢Úseriously-polluting ¢ÛLikely to cause fire and explosion.
