Procedure
of Approval

- The
business agent signs the supplementary agreement
and fills in the application form for approval£»
- The
Processing Trade Department (Section I) checks
and verifies, writes the number and stamps the
seal.

- Seven
copies of the supplementary agreement and the
application for approval;
- A
special project should have the examination
report of the foreign economics and trade office
at the town level.

Attention

¡¡¡¡In
the case of no increase of equipment, the original
equipment must have the capacity of producing new
products.
¡¡¡¡The project involving ¡°the three types of
projects¡± must be reported to the bureau director
for check and approval. The project necessary to
report to the province should be reported to the
Provincial Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation
Department for check and approval.
The
three types of project refer to¢Ù the state-limited
and certificate-related£¬¢Úseriously-polluting
¢ÛLikely to cause fire and
explosion.
