The city of Dongguan
is situated in the middle south of Guangdong Province,
in the heart of the Pearl River Delta. Since the launch
of the opening and reform policies in China, the city
has fully exploited its advantages in geographic location
and culture and attached great emphasis to the development
of foreign-funded economy. With an average annual growth
rate of 22% in its GDP, Dongguan is one of the areas
with the fastest economic development in China, which
has been listed in China’s top 30 cities in terms
of comprehensive economic strength. The stable and vigorous

expenditure, increasing openness to the world as well
